This project aims to design an efficient arch structure for structural load testing. By finite elements analysis (FEA), The weight of the cardboard structure can be optimised by an efficient pattern. By studying the stress flow on the model, the use of material is greatly reduced. As a result, its weight declines by around 40% from 0.96kg to 0.58kg and is able to withstand 45kg of loads and attain an efficiency of 77 (selfweight/ load).
